What is coaching?
Coaching is a process, through questions and reflection, in which you view your life, circumstance, or problem more clearly. As a result, you will see a way open and know the next step to take. Coaching supports and empowers you to make decisions, reach goals, and ultimately become who you want to be.
You are invited to bring your boxes of concerns into sessions. Together we open the boxes, lay out and evaluate the contents. We talk about your thoughts and expectations. This process helps you relieve stress and see the problem is figure-out-able. You are capable. You have power in you to change what you want to change.
