What is coaching?

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps you gain clarity about your life, circumstances, and challenges through questions and reflection. Through this process, you will gain insight and intentionally choose what to do next. Coaching supports and empowers you to make decisions, reach goals, and ultimately become who you want to be.

You are invited to bring your boxes of concerns into sessions. Together, we open the boxes, lay out the contents, and evaluate them. We talk about your thoughts and expectations. This process helps you relieve stress and see that the problem is figure-out-able. You are capable. You have the power in you to change what you want to change.
